Refund and Return Policy


We want you to love your boots, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Please ensure before purchasing any boots, that the sizing is correct. We are unable to refund/return boots based on the wrong size. If you require more information on sizing please see our sizing chart or get in touch.

Due to the nature of our business, many pairs that we sell are of an age where we cannot guarantee longevity. As we are only a reseller, we do not take any liability for damaged pairs after use, and therefore unable to refund/return.

Some pairs are advised for collection purposes only and this will be detailed in the item’s description. Please consider this when buying any pair from us.


Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn

  • In its original condition/as sold

  • Returned in the original packaging, including any tags and accessories


How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us on Instagram or via email. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

For all returns we recommend using a tracked/recorded delivery service. We do not take liability for any lost/damaged parcels in transit. Any compensation will be with the courier not us.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment – within 7-10 days from receiving your return.

Please note: We do not refund return postage costs.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to offer refunds/returns for the following reasons:

-            Items returned worn or damaged

-            Items returned outside the 14-day window

-            Items which have been purchased wrongly due to size

-            Items originally sold as used/worn.

-            Items which have been modified (stud conversion/blackout), unless they have been sold as such.

-            Gift card purchases.
